With an impressive 15-year tenure in the telecommunications industry, Sean Walzer stands as a distinguished figure. Having held executive positions in three prominent telecom companies, Sean brings unrivaled expertise to the table.
His extensive experience encompasses working with the nation's largest telecom companies, granting him invaluable knowledge of carriers, testing procedures, DAS, MW, fiber optics, fiber/coax splicing, stacking, WIFI networks, and small cell technologies.
Building strategic relationships with industry leaders like Crown Castle, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Ericsson, among others, Sean has cultivated an extensive network that enhances his ability to deliver optimal results. These partnerships not only provide access to cutting-edge technologies and insights but also ensure that projects benefit from streamlined processes, preferred pricing, and prioritized support.

Raymond Millien serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Investor at America Innovates, where he advises on corporate strategy, governance, and capital formation. He is also an Adjunct Professor at USC Gould School of Law and currently serves as Chief Legal Officer of a Los Angeles–based private single-family office, overseeing legal, compliance, and insurance functions across its portfolio companies.
Previously, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Exro Technologies (TSX: EXRO) and held senior leadership roles at Volvo Car Corporation, GE, and American Express, including Chief IP Officer and CEO of Volvo Cars Ventures. Mr. Millien began his legal career at leading Washington, D.C. law firms and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. He has been recognized multiple times by IAM Magazine as one of the “World’s 300 Leading Strategists.”

Furthermore, George has extensive knowledge and expertise in all major carriers, allowing him to excel in his work. He has also developed the first RF Sweep Tester, showcasing his innovative thinking and commitment to advancing technology in the telecommunications sector.
Additionally, George's proficiency extends to designing filters and antennas for a wide range of applications, including telecom, military, and space purposes. With his diverse skill set and comprehensive experience, George Burgess is a valuable asset in both the telecommunications and aerospace domains.
